They've been handling the delay pretty well. We had drinks and peanuts awhile ago, and just finished meal service. Not crazy about my meal choice - got the special meal set from Lei Gardens, which sounded fancy being sweet and sour pork with strawberries but its pretty much just normal sweet and sour pork. Still full from lunch though, so no great loss. Tea is also apparently fancy, being Fujian Oolong from someplace called Fook Ming Ton Tea Shop. Dessert is haagen dazs which sounds promising.
They also started the inflight movie. Dragon Air isn't quite Cathay, so no personal screens. I think its remember me? Not really watching. Instead, I am taking advantage of the electrical outlet in between seats to use my laptop and charge my devices. Or I was until food arrived. When it clears, I'll go back to prepping more pictures to post, and working on some articles I'm writing. May also possibly go through the media on my laptop and see what I have to watch. We may be here awhile.

Secretly hoping we deplane. No wifi from the plane, and boredom is starting to set in.
Also table was just cleared and still no ice-cream.

5 pictures, from NZ and HK. In no particular order - and its these 5 because the iPod restricts me to 5 pics at a time. Would go and do this twice but am getting restless and bored, so will likely just nap and possibly watch a movie on my laptop. Not in the mood to sort through more pics, or go through another round of article edits. Plane is currently 2.5 hours late departing for a 3 hour flight. Really hope that my hotel reservation holds with my delay into Beijing.
